The very best of our sake, as judged by our brewery owner. Fermented for ages in the bitter cold of winter, it is bag-pressed, decanted into large bottles, then pasteurized in the bottle.It is then stored on ice using our secret method to create an extravagant, premium daiginjo raw sake.The smooth mouthfeel and harmoniously balanced aroma, and the luxurious feel make this truly a sake you can rely on.

This special daiginjo sake, designed for appraisal, has been painstakingly crafted at each stage of production.We take the slightly cloudy brew from the initial pressing process, bottling it as raw sake,The fresh taste of freshly-pressed raw sake and its youthful, sweet fragrance fill the palate.It is a delicate “origarami” raw sake. Always keep refrigerated, and consume soon after opening.
